Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, my weekly Yoga for Relaxation class welcomes everyone to take an hour out of your busy week to find some time for yourself. If you're interested in developing your practice further, I also offer personalised 1-2-1 Vinyasa, Yin, Slow Flow and Yoga Nidra classes both online and in-person, so there's something for everyone. A bit about me...
My first experience with yoga was over a decade ago and I remember being intrigued by the practice but it wasn't love at first class and I spent the next few years dipping in and out of various classes. It wasn't until I started practising more regularly that I realised how much I loved it. So, when I decided to begin my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2019, I had no intention of becoming a yoga teacher, I just wanted to learn more about a practice that I'd grown to love and develop my practice further, however, I soon discovered that my love for yoga extended to a love for teaching and creating the space to allow my students to explore their own practice.
